Corland Construction, LLC worked closely with Sidney Airport, TSA Security, Cape Air, SDI Architects & Design, and several local subcontractors to successfully complete the renovation and expansion of the Sidney Airport Terminal.

A key challenge of this project was ensuring the terminal remained fully operational throughout all phases on construction----an essential requirement due to the presence of an active airline. Careful planning and coordination allowed us to complete the work with minimal disruption to daily operations.

The project included a 2,600 square foot terminal expansion and improvements to the existing terminal building. New spaces were created for security screening, airline ticketing, and baggage check, while the main lobby and baggage claim areas were expanded and enhanced for improved functionality and flow. The renovation also allowed space within the existing terminal to be repurposed for a pilot lounge and additional passenger seating.

Exterior improvements included an upgraded parking lot, offering more accessible and cohesive parking for travelers and staff alike.
