Corland Construction, LLC partnered with Elcan and Associates, Inc. to bring a new Family Dollar / Dollar Tree to the residents of Poplar, Montana and the surrounding communities.

This pre-engineered metal building features an 8,000 square foot sales floor, along with a pre-sales area, office space, and restrooms, offering a convenient and modern retail environment. Designed for functionality and long-term durability, the building also includes an enclosed HVAC pad, brick-built garbage containment, and a full irrigation system for the surrounding landscaping.

This project not only added a valuable retail option to the Poplar area but also represented a successful collaboration between Corland Construction, Elcan and Associates, and local trades to deliver a high-quality facility on time and on budget.
