Corland Construction, LLC was proud to partner for the third time with Elcan and Associates, Inc. to deliver a new Dollar Tree to the community of Polson, Montana.

This project involved the construction of a pre-engineered metal building spanning over 9,760 square feet. The facility includes a spacious sales floor, restrooms, storage, and office space. Exterior improvements featured an EFIS finish with CMU block wainscot, a newly constructed parking lot, sidewalks, exterior lighting, and thoughtfully designed perimeter landscaping that complements the surrounding retail environment. With a focus on quality and detail, this Dollar Tree has become the anchor store of the prestigious Ridgewater retail development.

A key highlight of this project was Corland’s comprehensive management of all subcontractors and trades, leading up to our in-house team completing the full interior build-out. From installing merchandising displays and shelving to wall graphics and checkout stations, our team delivered a fully operational, turnkey retail space—on time and within budget.
