JORDAN NESPER

Jordan has been with Corland Construction, LLC for a year, bringing energy, organization, and a strong sense of purpose to the team. With three years in the construction industry, Jordan got his start in drywall hanging and finishing, but quickly found his passion in scheduling and project management—roles where he thrives by ensuring things run smoothly and efficiently.

Jordan is driven by the satisfaction of seeing tangible, lasting results, and believes construction is one of the most impactful ways to achieve that. Along the way, he’s picked up a variety of hands-on skills that have helped him both professionally and personally, especially in maintaining and improving his own home.

One of Jordan’s biggest strengths is conflict resolution, especially when managing challenges between multiple parties. Notable projects include the Wolf Point High School Weight Room, Bus Barn, Bleachers, and GC Products in Williston.

Outside of work, Jordan coaches track and baseball, and brings a unique global perspective from living three years in Europe and a year in Central Asia.
