Once again teaming up with Elcan and Associates Inc., Corland Construction, LLC proudly delivered a new Family Dollar / Dollar Tree to the community of Harlem, Montana.

This project featured the construction a pre-engineered metal building, designed to include a spacious sales floor, restrooms, a refrigeration area, and office space. The exterior scope included a full parking lot, new sidewalks, and exterior lighting, providing both functionality and accessibility for shoppers and staff.

A unique aspect of this project was that our crew completed the entire erection of the pre-engineered metal building, from framework to final finishes. This included the full installation of the roof and siding, showcasing our team's ability to self-perform critical components of the build.
