This project involved the construction of a pre-engineered metal building atop an existing pre-sedimentation tank foundation. The site posed unique challenges, as the foundation contained existing plumbing, electrical systems, and miscellaneous equipment critical to ongoing operations.

At the request of the owner, Corland Construction, LLC carefully planned and executed the build while keeping the plant fully operational throughout the project. This required coordination, precise execution, and thoughtful navigation of complex site conditions.

Despite the technical demands, the project was completed successfully---delivering a durable, efficient structure while maintaining uninterrupted service for the facility.
