This project involved the full remodel of a former restaurant into a modern 6,000 square foot medical office building in Sidney, MT. The new facility now operates as a 12-chair dental office, designated to serve the community with updated, high quality care in a comfortable and efficient environment.

Corland Construction, LLC's scope of work included excavation and site preparation, construction of a multi-level structural foundation featuring both a crawl space and full basement, and complete wood-framed construction with engineered roof trusses. To support patient access and daily operations, the project also included the installation of a reinforced concrete parking lot.

This project transformed and underutilized space into a fully functioning healthcare facility----delivered with precision, professionalism, and attention to detail.
