Corland Construction, LLC partnered with Dawson County Airport, TSA Security, Cape Air, KLJ Engineering, HTG Architects, and a team of local subcontractors and suppliers to deliver a comprehensive terminal upgrade for the Glendive community.

This project included the demolition of the existing terminal, construction of a new 3,700 square foot terminal building, and development of a new parking lot. The newly constructed terminal features dedicated office space for both Security and Airline personnel, as well as baggage claim and a pilot's lounge, offering enhanced comfort and functionality for travelers and airport staff alike.

Additionally, the existing parking lot was repurposed into overflow parking, while a brand-new lot was constructed adjacent to the terminal to better serve the airport's growing needs.

This project stands as a successful collaboration across agencies and disciplines, resulting in modern, efficient space that will support Dawson County Airport's operations for years to come.
