Our team partnered with Sidney Health Center to complete a full remodel of their Professional Building, supporting the facility’s continued growth and improved patient experience. The project focused on updating aging infrastructure, enhancing safety, and creating modern and functional spaces that align with current healthcare standards.

The remodel included selective demolition, new interior construction, and extensive finishes throughout the building. Work covered concrete, masonry, insulation, air barriers, waterproofing, drywall assemblies, acoustical ceilings, flooring, wall coverings, and paint. Updated doors, frames, windows, and storefront systems were installed to improve security, accessibility, and natural light.

Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems were upgraded to bring the building to current code requirements. Improvements included new HVAC distribution, modernized plumbing systems, updated LED lighting, enhanced fire protection, and a digital addressable fire alarm system. Temporary facilities and comprehensive infection control measures were implemented to maintain safe operations throughout construction.

Through careful coordination and communication with the owner, design team, and subcontractors, this remodel brought new life to the Professional Building and delivered a refreshed and high performing space designed to support Sidney Health Center’s mission for years to come.
