ALYSSA CADWALADER

Alyssa Cadwalader has been a valued member of Corland Construction, LLC for the past two years. Her entry into the construction industry came at just the right time as she was preparing to relocate to Sidney. When Corey presented her with an opportunity to join the team, she took the leap and embraced the chance to learn something new.

Alyssa keeps Corland’s operations running smoothly through her strengths in organization, communication, and flexibility. She manages document control, ensures the team always has updated plans and information, oversees website content and design, and documents construction progress through project photography.

​

Throughout her time at Corland, Alyssa has developed greater patience and learned the value of staying calm when things get hectic. She has contributed to projects such as the Wolf Point High School renovations and Sidney Health Center improvements.

​

To her, Corland is more than a job—it’s a second family and a way to be part of something bigger than herself.

 

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to concerts, running, and spending time with her siblings in Kalispell.
